West Houston Errand Service Concierge and Lifestyle Management Services

Business Hours

Normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. BY APPOINTMENT.

Pricing

New Clients:  West Houston Errand Service offers our first-time clients a  complimentary 30 minute consultation to determine your needs and get to know you.


Service plans and pricing are customized to the client’s individual needs.  Please call for pricing.  There is a one hour minimum.  After the first hour, fees are calculated at 30 minute increments. Rates include travel time/mileage up to the first twenty (20) miles.  After that, an additional mileage charge will be applied.  Third party purchases/merchandise and services, tolls, parking fees, etc. are not included in rates.


Multiple hours can be purchased in advance.

Discount for Seniors (65 and older) and Military members.

Gift certificates available

Rates for Special events/projects will be quoted on case by case basis. 

*Weekends, holidays, and after hours charges will apply.

Policies

Privacy:  Your privacy is very important to us.  Please be assured that your personal information will never be shared or sold with anyone without your permission.

Third Party Purchases:  The cost of additional goods, services, fees, taxes, materials will be added to our hourly service fee.  The payment of these purchases will be the sole responsibility of the client. 

Returned Checks:  There will be a fee of $25 for any personal checks that are returned for insufficient funds, stop payment and closed accounts in addition to the fees imposed by banking institutions.

Cancellation: Cancellation of Errands for any appointment that has already been set requires a twenty-four (24) hour notice. If no notice is given, a twenty-five dollar ($25) cancellation fee will apply and be added to Client's invoice. Notice can be given by either phone or e-mail. If no notice is given and errand has already started, client will be responsible for any fees related to the service, including, but not limited to parking fees, tolls or purchases in addition to the cancellation fee.
